UPLIFTING DIFFUSER BLEND

I woke up this morning feeling a bit blah. It's a Monday. And Raining.  Feeling the need for an uplifting blend, I reached for my go-to essential oil book for help on making such a blend for my handy-dandy diffuser.  If you don't have a copy of this amazing book, I highly suggest you get your hands on one!  It is called, "The Fragrant Mind: Aromatherapy for Personality, Mind, Mood and Emotion," by Valerie Ann Worward.   It is chock full of wonderful information in a very easy-to-read-and-understand format!

So, Ta Da!  Here is the Uplifting Diffuser Blend that I came up with.  Geranium essential is one of my favorite oils to use.  This wonderfully spicy smelling oil helps to balance hormones and relieves stress and depression.  Lemon essential oil is calming in nature and therefore helps in removing mental fatigue, exhaustion, dizziness, anxiety, nervousness and nervous tension. Can you see why I chose these two oils?
