TIRED PUFFY FEET RELIEF

Essential Oils for Edema


Some time ago, I had read about using these essential oils for edema over at a site called Camp Wander.  I liked the idea of lemongrass, grapefruit, and cypress essential oils, however, the original recipe was waaay too strong. This is the recipe that I came up with:  

2 drops Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
2 drops Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi)
2 drops Cypress (Cupressus sempervirens)

Add the drops of essential oils to 15 ml of carrier oil (I like to use fractionated coconut oil).  Massage into your feet, ankles, and calves upwards towards the heart.  This is a 2% dilution. 

This is a lovely blend that can lend support to your poor overworked feet.  It can be a challenge to find 15ml roller bottles, but I found these wonderful roller bottles from Rivertree Life on Amazon and they work great!
